Mohammad Akram and his wife always wanted more for their daughter Jawaeria. But they couldn’t afford to send her to school. Mohammad is a farmer. He spends long days working in his field. The income he makes is barely enough to maintain his family.

Jawaeria has always been a hard working girl full of energy and potential. From age six, she started helping her father tend their crops. When she wasn’t out in the field with him, she’d be at home helping her mother. When Jawaeria turned 11, Mohammad heard about the possibility of getting his daughter a sponsorship through Al Mustafa Welfare Trust (AMWT). He lost no time in approaching our team in Multan, Pakistan. It wasn’t long before we were able to find Jawaeria a sponsor.

“My wife and I were disappointed that we couldn’t support our daughter to study,” said Mohammad Akram. “But Alhumdulillah, Allah SWT has helped us and we are grateful to Al Mustafa Welfare Trust and their donors, for making our dreams come true.”

Today, Jawaeria is studying to be a Hafiz. Her parents couldn’t be happier. They’re praying that once she’s completed her Hifz course, she will go on to further her studies to become an Islamic scholar.

Please donate to sponsor a hafiz today. Help us give more children like Jawaeria the chance of an education.
