ARY QTV LIVE TV Appeal for Global Vision Aid 100K Project on SKY Channel 804 25/06/15 7.00 pm to 1 am
This Ramadan we are looking to raise funds required to purchase the necessary eye medical equipment and transportation that will enable us to perform Cataract Surgeries in the most remotest countries in the third world.
Our Eye Restoration Campaign target for 2015-2016 is to perform 100,000 cataract surgeries in 8 countries which include: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Somalia, Gambia, Kenya, Sudan and Palestine.
We will begin Global Vision Aid Road Trip at the end of September 2015 where we plan to travel to Pakistan via France, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey and after crossing Iran we will enter Pakistan. The trip will take nearly three weeks and we will require two long wheel high roof vans that will act as Mobile Theatres.
TV Appeal Goals:
We will be doing our LIVE Appeal on ARY QTY today on SKY Channel 804 where we will be asking donors to contribute to our 100K project. You can make your donation to go towards any of the following:
- For £15,000 you can provide Full Mobile Operation Theatre including Van and all Medical Equipment
– For £4000 you can provide a specialist slit lamp for our Eye Camps
– For £1000 we can set up a full Eye Camp that will allow us to perform a minimum 28 Cataract Surgeries
– For £500 we can screen a whole medium sized school for a range of eye problems
– For £350 we can perform cataract surgeries for 10 people
– For £105 we can perform cataract surgeries for 3 people
– For £70 we can perform cataract surgeries for 3 people
– For £35 we can perform cataract surgeries for 1 person
