Al-Mustafa Welfare Trust® is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and supports the Data Protection Act in spirit and word. The information we collect from you is only that required by us to provide you with the information you have requested. When you submit your personal details to us as described below you will be deemed to consent to their use by us in the ways indicated.

General Information

We gather collective information about all of our users via our enquiry form or newsletter signup to provide us with a background on the nature of your enquiry such as interest in a particular charity sector, project etc. or for receiving regular newsletters. This information helps us to provide the relevant information to you. We may share this impersonal data with our office in Pakistan and/or with 3rd party NGO's/partners but only on the express condition that a confidentiality agreement is signed with the 3rd party to prevent mis-use of your information.

Disclosure

Al-Mustafa Welfare Trust®will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your consent except where we believe the law requires.

Protection from loss, alteration or mis-use of personal data

Al-Mustafa Welfare Trust® makes every effort to ensure that your personal data is protected from loss, alteration or misuse. However, their is no mechanism that can prevent data transmission over the internet to be secured 100%. We cannot ensure or provide any warranty protection to any personal information you transmit to us and therefore when you do provide your information via the online enquriy form then you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your enquiry form information we will make our best effort to ensure its security on our system.

How can I update my personal information?

Al-Mustafa Welfare Trust® does not currently have any online system that will allow users/donors to update their personal information. However, if any of your personal details have changed such as email address or contact telephone/mobile then simply write to us using the address below or email us with your fullname and the up-to-date personal details so we can update our database.
