Free Delivery Services

In Pakistan, for every 100,000 babies born, some 260 women die during child birth. The country is one of 11 countries that comprised of the 65% of global maternal deaths in 2008. Yet most maternal deaths could easily be prevented if a skilled practitioner attended the birth.


Only an estimated 39% of women in Pakistan have a skilled attendant present at delivery, and that number decreases dramatically for the poorest 20% of women in the country. Many of the country’s poorest people live in remote rural areas, far from a basic healthcare centre. Some women die because they don’t have the proper facilities; others die because they cannot find transportation even to hospitals that are accessible.

It costs £200 for one Child Birth Delivery

Recognizing the dire consequences of poor pregnant women not having access to trained child birth attendants, Al-Mustafa has started to provide free delivery services in it's hospitals where poor will have access to all the facilities required for child birth delivery free of charge. These facilities are playing vital role in saving the lives of many thousand mothers and babies alike.
